Log Message:
Linux doesn't have a SYS_syscall system call (it is all done in libc), and
definitely doesn't have SYS___syscall.
Kill all the code - now matching i386/i386/linux_syscall.c
There is also no point using a switch statement (and it's unpredictable
jump indirect) to save a few memory copies.
