How about:

1) When they are all around 50k each or so. Complete (i.e. putting=20
everything into tens or hundreds of libraries to get them all under 50k=20
isn't ok).

2) When you're willing to help maintain them. While Thor hasn't said it,=20
my take on his discussions around this are that he is interested in=20
maitaining this daemon.

I don't think we really want base to be a static thing. Yes, we should be=
=20
careful about what goes in (and comes out). But just locking it where it=20
is or was strikes me as bad.
