Apply patch (requested by adrianp in ticket #11365):
	dist/bind/bin/named/ns_forw.c: patch
	dist/bind/bin/named/ns_func.h: patch
	dist/bind/bin/named/ns_main.c: patch
	dist/bind/bin/named/ns_resp.c: patch
Address security issue in named(8) documented in CVE-2007-2930 and
VU#927905: use arc4 rather than LC NSID for QID RNG.
