Pull up following revision(s) (requested by martin in ticket #873):
        sys/net/if_pppoe.c: revision 1.80 (via patch)

Print the access concentrator name when a session is established.
This seems to be usefull to identify peers with known broken firmware
(e.g. that can only do IPv4 reliably).
