Pull up following revision(s) (requested by msaitoh in ticket #865):
        sys/dev/pci/if_wm.c: revision 1.145
        sys/dev/pci/if_wm.c: revision 1.146
        share/man/man4/wm.4: revision 1.19
EECD_EE_AUTORD is only for 8257{123},80003,ICH{89}.
Will fix "auto read from eeprom failed to complete" problem.
Add more work for the EEPROM reaload sequence.
Fix typo.
Bump date for previous (ICH9 support).
