Hmm, shouldn't this be an option instead of an argument of the form  
a=b ?  IIUIC, iso-dir=foo is useless on its own, and all other  
targets that currently have that form end up doing something even  
when given alone: i.e. they are "targets", not options to change the  
behavior of other targets.
