Log Message:
Rework cpu_mp_startup slightly:
 - temporarily use the cpu's interrupt stack untill we are ready
   to access non-OF-based mappings, then directly switch to the cpu's
   idlelwp's uarea stack
 - disable interrupts untill we are ready to call C code
