(sorry I don't subscribe port-amiga)

We have not shipped a.out m68k binaries since 1.6 release,
so if INSTALL doesn't have options COMPAT_16,
COMPAT_AOUT_M68K is not needed either, I think.
(as options(4) says COMPAT_AOUT_M68K is not so useful anyway)
