Log Message:
NetBSD/sandpoint steps forward to ppcoea-renovation.
- make sure locore.S to clear BSS before use.  remove defunct intrnames.
- make machdep.c and mainbus.c similiar to prep.
- adapt powerpc/pic scheme.
