Pull up following revision(s) (requested by mlelstv in ticket #549):
        usr.bin/at/at.1: revision 1.22
        usr.bin/at/parsetime.c: revision 1.15
allow time to be specified as 'now' instead of 'now + 0 minutes'
and avoid a rounding error for this case.
