Pull up following revision(s) (requested by riz in ticket #497):
        sys/dev/usb/usbdevs: revision 1.461
        sys/dev/usb/uftdi.c: revision 1.30
Add FTDI "Serial 2232C" product ID
Match the FTDI "Serial 2232C" chip;  this allows a 16-port usb->serial
device from SerialGear I have to work.
