You forgot to remove "MLINKS= packages.7 pkgsrc.7".

I don't like the idea of not having a "pkgsrc" man page.  Even a minimal
page that said "<one line description>.  See also pkg_add, pkg_foo,
pkg_bar, pkgsrc/doc/*" would be enough.
