Pull up following revision(s) (requested by macallan in ticket #352):
        sys/arch/macppc/dev/mediabay.c: revision 1.12
when powering up the mediabay wait two seconds before looking for
devices
Without this CDROM drives wouldn't be found when hotplugged.
