Pull up following revision(s) (requested by jdc in ticket #281):
        usr.bin/column/column.c: revision 1.16
- Change all emalloc to ecalloc, since the previous implementation of emalloc
  zeroed out the buffers.
- Provide a macro for the tab rounding.
