There's still one remaining in ftp.1 (both in src and othersrc).

    names are expanded according to the rules used in the csh(1); c.f.
    the glob command.

but, please, if you want to say "see", say "see", b/c "cf." means
"compare".  When I see "cf." I expect the referred location to have
some similarity/difference that is being pointed out (cf. German
"vgl.").
