Pull up following revision(s) (requested by tsutsui in ticket #164):
        sys/arch/shark/isa/clock.c: revision 1.11
Add __insn_barrier() to avoid too aggressive optimization by gcc4.
GENERIC compiled by gcc4 now works on my FUNAI's DNARD.
