Yes.  But right now it is not even used in libkern, and Matt is still  
making changes (but changes that are not necessary for proplib).  I  
wanted something that was easy to pull up to netbsd-4.  Once rb.c is  
in general use in libkern, I will move it to src/common and put it in  
libc, as well.  Then I will adjust proplib to use the shared code.
