* Add an 'all' targets to get the order of things right
* Remove extra file argument from a pipeline
* keep grops from stopping after the first manpage.
This gives working PDFs for all manpage sections again - altogether
NetBSD-current has 8192 pages after formatting, in PDF.
I'm just wondering... why is it a power of two ? :-)
