Log Message:
allow sh-*-* as a valid sh configuration.  now need_64bit_hwint=yes is
set for sh--netbsdelf, and sh3eb works.

XXX: annoyingly, this is needed in both gcc/config.gcc and
XXX: libcpp/configure*, and if just gcc/config.gcc is done, the
XXX: compiler will not work at all..


To generate a diff of this commit:
