Cool. One small nit -- I don't think we need a "send-mail" translation
in the mailer.conf file. There is no circumstance I am aware of in
which the postfix 'sendmail' front end gets called with argv[0] set to
'send-mail'. I think that was a thing that could happen only to the
real sendmail.

BTW (this is a general note to everyone) perhaps we should rig the rc
scripts to "force" hostname to be an fqdn, which would eliminate that
possible configuration mistake for postfix users. Then there really
would be very little the naive user would have to worry about.
