The changes to in6.h cause ping6.c (as built by rescue/) to fail.

I'm not sure what the right way to fix that is.  Can crunchgen be  
taught to supply the appropriate -DRFC<mumble>?

Alternately, why is our ping6.c conditionalized at all?
