Pull up following revision(s) (requested by pavel in ticket #1290):
        sys/dev/scsipi/cd.c: revision 1.224
Always allow open() on the raw partition to succeed, even if any of the
SCSI command in cdopen() fails. Fix PR kern/30288 by Pavel Cahyna.
