The reason is that qmpqd implements the Quick Mail Queue Protocol
(from djb) and, from refreshing my memory with Perry a couple of
minutes ago, it's a hack for another djb-thing called ezmlm. The
problem here is that qmqpd seems to require more than what we have in
base.

Also, the fact that QMQP_README.html is empty and that I couldn't find
the "Postfix ezmlm-idx howto", makes me wonder how many people in the
world are using this daemon.

P.S.: I'm not taking words from Perry's mouth, just trying to explain
the issue.
