Try specifying the device name in place of the file. It should just DTRT,
as long as permissions are OK.

NetBSD iSCSI has a userland test harness, which acts just like an
initiator does (to test the target accepts and sends the correct
values) - but there is no NetBSD initiator as yet.
However, that's my project for 5.0.
