Why did you remove COMPAT_10..COMPAT_16?

How would it be possible to use a miniroot.fs with the INSTALL kernel to
recover an old system? And runing the old programms.
If you think we shouldn't do that anymore, then why didn't you remove 2.0
and 3.0 too?
