Remove COMPAT_10..COMPAT_16, KERNFS, attimer, pcppi and 'le at pci'
Re-instate st
KERNFS was there for dmesg! but the program is smaller
IIRC attimer and pcppi are only used for beeps
The pcn driver does a better job than le.
