i like removing duplicated sources, however, this seems like a really
bad idea to me.  is there a good reason we can't use thye copy in
src/sys for libc, rather than go back to having _two_ top level dirs
to cvs update for the kernel, which, back when we had atheros in
src/contrib, tends to be a big source of failed kernel builds due to
mismatched sources.
