Pull up following revision(s) (requested by tsutsui in ticket #970):
        sys/arch/sgimips/sgimips/machdep.c: revision 1.94
Restore missing call to r5k_enable_sdcache().  Its' removal was a thinko
on my part -- the COP0 SC presence test fails on r5k IP22, but
r5k_enable_sdcache() will DTRT regardless.
