Pull up following revision(s) (requested by jmc in ticket #917):
        usr.sbin/amd/doc/Makefile: revision 1.11
Create version.texi using the same scheme am-utils natively does. i.e. from
the date/timestamp of the am-utils file and using mdate-sh
