Maybe disable the filesystems in INSTALL for now, and enable them (and the mount programs) when we can easily create ISOs, and then go for three floppies as Perry suggested at the same time.
Going 3-floppy right now is not an option as long as our ISO creation groks 2.88MB floppie max.
