Log Message:
Restore the rework from rev 1.115 and expand the description of .OBJDIR
to document the behaviour that is currently in use (the "./obj" and
"/usr/obj/`pwd`" behaviour).
Hopefully the existing .OBJDIR behaviour is clearer now.
