Pull up revision 1.17 (requested by elad in ticket #389):
- Add VERIEXEC_OPINIT() and veriexec_add_fp_ops(), simplifying the addition
of fingerprinting algorithms to the ops vector.
- Cleanup in veriexec_add_fp_name().
- Remove veriexec_default_ops and use the above API for adding the default
methods in veriexec_init_fp_ops().
