I *think* due to this change, LFS seems to be taking inordinately more
CPU (sys) time than when I was running tests last night. =20
I tried again with the current filesystem image and the previous
kernel to be sure; with this change a single rsync over existing files
maxes out the CPU, with the old kernel I have 4 rsyncs in parallel and
the CPU isn't raising a sweat.
