Oy. I had thought our shutdown process already had "umount -a", but it
seems that this is not the case. Yuck. Ptui. Ew. (I'm only using it for
swap, and I have swapoff=YES, so I didn't notice that.)
I'll back out for now. This won't be very useful until we do indeed umount
filesystems as part of rc.shutdown.
