Hmm, okay.  So if we leave in the KRB4 block, we in effect define our 
own protocol for doing so?  That's less clearcut.

ISTM that both krb4 and sshv1 should be going away as protocols.  Is the 
gain from allowing users to eliminate one without the other worth 
leaving this code in even so?  :-)
