You should get your story straight.

Anyway, we seem to agree it's undocumented (since your later
mail says so too).

Thanks for pointing out the MKHTML setting, and that 'make html'
actually does generate html pages.

I documented some of them in PRs 29233 to 29242.
From looking at the man pages generated for a*(4), I think
it's the base for something useful, but it's not quite there
yet. It definitely needs more work before it can be turned on
by default (if ever -- after all, we don't ship with something
to parse and display HTML code).

I have no problem with re-adding the html directories, now that
there is someone who's working on making them useful.

I disagree with how it was done, though. Didn't you trust
your arguments, or are you suggesting I'm not susceptible
to arguments?
