- Why do we have both powerpc/ibm4xx/ibm4xx_machdep.c and
  powerpc/ibm4xx/machdep.c?
- IMO consinit() should be in port-specific machdep.c rather than
  common ibm4xx/machdep.c, shouldn't it?
