I would like for the default to be "show pkgsrc pkgs."  Let flags set
the mode to "show syspkgs, also" or "show syspkgs, only."

I don't mind if syspkg and pkgsrc share a db dir.

I am opposed to an invisible mode (i.e., an environment variable) that
changes the behavior of the pkg utils.  We all know invisible modes
cause user errors---right?
