Maybe it depends how many people require bzip2 or compress support on it?

BTW, are there any reason why ramdisk-tiny and install-tiny have
KERNFS support? Isn't ditrib/utils/x_dmesg enough? and we could
also have shrinked version of /etc/protocols and /etc/services.
