Yes, indeed. That's why I didn't commit that patch myself initially because
I wasn't sure why the file I/O function from "libbz2" aren't used. Looking
add adding stdin ".bz2" detection later I realized why it was implemented
that way.

Yes, I found the real bug later, too, after staring at the code for
about an hour.
