Log Message:
Add a compile flag, MKTTINTERP, that turns on the bytecode interpreter
when it is set to yes (typically in /etc/mk.conf)

The freetype bytecode interpreter is not on by default because it is
patented in some jurisdictions.


To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -r1.4 -r1.5 src/x11/Xserver/Xfont/freetype/Makefile
cvs rdiff -r1.4 -r1.5 src/x11/lib/freetype2/Makefile
