Trap 0x8 (T_DOUBLEFLT) and 0x11 (T_ALIGNFLT) should be TRAP, not
ZTRAP; while the error code is always 0, the processor indeed pushes
the 0 on the stack, according to table 5-1 in the IA32 SPG.
