Having the FreeBSD RCS IDs isn't necessarily a bad thing, unless you want to 
strictly treat this module as an import of yours (that is, LEMIS) as 
opposed to, say, a particular snapshot from FreeBSD where preserving those 
IDs would be desirable.

The remaining occurences of $Id$ should be replaced with $NetBSD$, however.
