Log Message:
Override TARGET_DEFAULTS to include MASK_STRICT_ALIGN (for IBM403).
It still includes (MASK_POWERPC | MASK_NEW_MNEMONICS) as well.
Change STACK_BOUNDARY to 128 to make Altivec'ed code easier to deal with.
