I think that is what I said...
It does generate much better random numbers that rand(), but only
statistically, not cryptographically

IANAL, but either the rc4 part of arc4 breaks the trademark, or the
trademark has to be some special glygh so the letters rc4 would be ok.
Any international trademark layers present?
