In the future, you might want to run these changes by me first. The i386-netbsd* target was totally complete in gdb 5.3, and there were no additional changes that needed to be pushed back, except possibly the pthread support.
Please note who is listed as the NetBSD host/target maintainer in the GDB MAINTAINERS file.
