   I conisciously left that present in the source tree.
   
   I haven't yet removed the relevant binary from the distribution, its
   just that you can't read the MI installboot(8) page if the MD one is
   there (unless you play with MANPATH).

you can cheat with "env MACHINE=foo man installboot" :)
