Additionally, the admin category was removed by purpose:
revision 1.40
date: 2002/03/21 03:04:00;  author: billc;  state: Exp;  lines: +0 -1
Remove the 'admin' category.  This didn't turn out the way we
had planned, and users are confused what this category was for.
