Log Message:
* Add support for MACHINEs:  evbmips-eb evbmips-el sbmips-eb sbmips-el
  which sets the appropriate MACHINE_ARCH and rewrites MACHINE to lose
  the -e[bl] suffix.
* Don't default to a MACHINE_ARCH for evbmips or sbmips.
