If that's the intent, then someone in the know please back out my
change, reword the WARNING to reflect it and add an explicit @false
instead of causing make(1) to fail with an unrelated error.

I have mixed feelings about such a "coercive breakage" approach.
E.g. as far as I know SA are broken for SMP machines, yet one can
compile a MULTIPROCESSOR kernel.  At the very least, I'd move the
nagging breakage to lib/libpthread.

PS: My intent here is to deliberately fix such arches and force Jason to
make his intent explicit (if that's what he indened in the first
place).  ;-)
